Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters that three tankers carrying Russian diesel are already on their way to the Atlantic east coast. The first tanker left the port of Primorsk carrying more than 326 thousand barrels of oil products and is due to arrive in the United States on 9 November. Novak had earlier said that in October Russian companies may ship 500 thousand tonnes of diesel to the United States and world markets, with the main volumes likely supplied by Rosneft.
