About this site and its content

I am 大王 (Dawang), and I maintain this site. It brings together public reporting from Russian media and updates about Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex each day, helping e-commerce sellers operating in Russia follow the Russian market.

An automated process gathers public material and produces the daily briefing, summaries and three language versions. Items link to the originals so you can verify the information or read further. Automatically generated summaries may contain errors and have not been manually verified.

Source labels describe where information comes from. An official-source label carries over the classification in the underlying record; check the links to see whether an official document is available. Multiple listed sources may repeat the same report. A single-source label means one source is provided, while an unverified rumour needs further checking.

Topic articles explain related material together and list their sources and check dates at the end. For fees, settlements, insurance and platform rules, consult the original documents and your own contract. This site does not represent the media outlets, platforms or insurers it covers.

Each briefing distinguishes its publication date from the date its material covers. A report’s publication date, the date of an event and the date a rule takes effect can differ.

The homepage displays official Bank of Russia exchange rates. Rates used for sales, services and penalties depend on each platform’s rules. Translations may be inaccurate, so check the original for amounts, dates and any wording that differs between versions.

To report a typo, translation issue, broken link or factual error, email contact@ebucr.com. Include the page link, the passage concerned and the original source or other supporting material. I will check the report against the sources and correct any confirmed error.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and reading activity, with collection enabled by default. Site search records only the number of results, without sending the words you enter.

You can stop collection through the statistics settings in the footer. When your browser can save settings, the choice persists after reloading or switching languages. A previous decision to stop collection is respected. If the browser cannot save your choice, collection does not start automatically.
